Simon Meachen was a very lucky find for me. The background is that I had an emergency situation with a badly fitted and dangerous combi boiler in the back bathroom extension of a Victorian mid terrace in central Norwich. This property is in the process of being carefully renovated to retain its period features, whilst at the same time modernized, to provide safe, comfortable, and affordable residential accommodation that will eventually be let. I posted this job on Sunday the 2nd February and by Thursday the 6th February had a fully fitted and commissioned Baxi Combi Gas Boiler with remote Hive Thermostat control. The difference that it has made to the quality of my wife and my own comfort is enormous. Simon together with his colleague Shaun are a first class team. They have outstanding knowledge and experience that make them true professionals placing them in the very top league of their trade. I am very grateful to them for helping me out of a very difficult situation and look forward to working with them again in the near future.
